We didn't hire a marketing team to make Lyfework. We built it
ourselves because we needed it ourselves, and we still use it every
day. That shapes everything: we only offer what we can actually
deliver, and we run our own business on the same system we build for
clients.
Most service-business owners built their business for freedom, but
it still feels like a job. The real problem usually isn't a lack of
customers, it's a lack of infrastructure to capture and keep them.
No amount of new leads will fix broken infrastructure underneath.
This isn't a marketing problem. It's a systems problem.
So we don't sell tools, and we don't sell leads. We build the
foundation underneath both, the website, the SEO, the follow-up,
the analytics, working as one system, then maintain it like it
matters. Because for the businesses we serve, it does.
