Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: May 29, 2026  •  Effective Date: May 29, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this site — whatever your ability, and whatever device or technology you use to get here. Accessibility is part of building good systems, so we treat it as ongoing work rather than a one-time box to tick, and we keep improving as we go. If you run into a barrier or something doesn’t work the way it should, please email team@lyfework.io and we’ll look into it.

1.Our Commitment

Lyfework (“Lyfework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.

We see accessibility as part of building good systems — not an add-on. We aim to meet recognized accessibility standards, we build with those standards in mind from the start, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work that improves with each update rather than something we finish once and forget.

2.Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

This site is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we are working toward full conformance. “Substantially conformant” means we meet most of the standard but some parts of the site may not yet fully conform. Where we find gaps, we work to close them.

An honest note
We have not undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit or certification, so we make no claim to one. This statement reflects our own ongoing self-evaluation. If you find something we missed, please tell us at team@lyfework.io — that feedback genuinely helps.

3.Measures We Take

To support accessibility, this site is built with the following practices in mind:

  • Semantic structure. We use semantic HTML and a logical heading order so the page’s structure is clear to assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard navigation. Interactive elements are reachable and operable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
  • Visible focus. Keyboard focus indicators are visible, so you can always see which element is currently selected.
  • Color contrast. Text and key interface elements are designed with color contrast aimed at meeting WCAG AA.
  • Text alternatives. Meaningful images include descriptive text alternatives, and purely decorative images are marked so screen readers can skip them.
  • Responsive layouts. Pages reflow to fit the screen so content can be read without horizontal scrolling, including at higher zoom levels and on small screens.
  • Reduced motion. We respect your operating system’s “reduced motion” setting and ease back animation for visitors who prefer less movement.
  • ARIA labels. Icon-only buttons and other interactive controls include accessible names and ARIA labels where they’re needed to convey purpose.

4.Known Limitations

We want to be honest: despite our efforts, some parts of this site may not yet be fully accessible. We’re committed to addressing issues as we find them, and we welcome reports that help us prioritize.

In particular, some third-party or embedded content — for example scheduling and booking widgets, maps, or media that load from outside services — may not be fully under our control. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind where we can, work around their limitations where possible, and raise issues with those providers when we hit them.

Specific known limitations at this time: We are not currently aware of significant accessibility barriers on this site. If you encounter one, please tell us and we will prioritize a fix.

5.Compatibility

This site is designed to work best with current versions of major web browsers, including recent releases of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

It is built to work with assistive technologies, including common screen readers, used together with those browsers. Older browsers, or browsers that are several versions out of date, may provide a reduced experience and may not support every feature.

6.Technical Specifications

Accessibility of this site relies on the following technologies to work with your browser and any assistive technologies you use:

  • HTML — for the structure and content of pages.
  • CSS — for visual presentation and layout.
  • JavaScript — for interactive behavior.
  • WAI-ARIA — for conveying roles, states, and properties to assistive technologies where standard HTML isn’t enough.

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards described above.

7.Feedback & Contact

Your feedback matters. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or if you need information from us in a different format, please get in touch and tell us what happened — the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using all help us reproduce and fix the issue.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. We’re also happy to provide information from this site in an alternative accessible format on request.

8.Assessment & Ongoing Work

We assess the accessibility of this site through our own ongoing self-evaluation, combining manual review, keyboard and screen-reader checks, and the feedback we receive from people who use the site. When we find an issue, we fix it as part of our normal work.

We revisit this statement periodically and update it as the site changes and as we make further improvements. When we do, we’ll change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
