Advertising and creative is the paid ads, brand creative, social management, and content production that bring customers in and keep your business looking consistent everywhere they see it. Facebook ads and meta ads draw eighty searches a month from inside Fort Pierce. As a Facebook ads agency, we skip the boost button and build real campaigns for St. Lucie County service businesses: an offer, an audience, a tracked result and a reply to every lead within minutes.
Fort Pierce searches for facebook ads more often than Port St. Lucie does, and the local answers are thin: two of the three map pack listings have one or two reviews, and a Facebook listing ranks first. Media Giant Design, on page one in 7 of the 12 cities we track, holds the third map spot.
| Facebook and Meta ads searches | 80 a month | 40 each, and the 40 for facebook ads tops Port St. Lucie's 30 |
|---|---|---|
| Who holds the map pack | 3 listings | Media Giant Design with 87 reviews; Pay Per Lead Marketing Agency has 2, Antcrawler 1 |
| Who holds page one | Facebook, then Ignite Local | A Facebook listing ranks first, Ignite Local's Fort Pierce Meta ads page second; Facebook holds three spots |
| AI Overview on top | No | No AI summary sits above these results, unlike the same search in Port St. Lucie |
| Nearest ad shops on Maps | Media Giant Design | First with 87 reviews; Blue Creek Digital has 18, and the next three have 2, 1 and none |

“Boosting posts is D-tier. Don't do it.”
Boosting pushes an existing post to more people with a few simple settings; a real campaign is built in Ads Manager around an offer and a tracked result. The controls that turn ads into booked jobs mostly live in Ads Manager: testing two versions of an ad against each other, keeping out people you don't want, choosing calls or leads as the goal, and telling Meta which leads became paying customers so it can find more like them. The boost button offers a slimmed-down version of a few of those and skips the rest. That's why a boosted post can collect likes and still leave the schedule empty. For a Fort Pierce roofer, pool company or mobile mechanic, what you want is the phone ringing from people inside your service area, and that takes the full setup.
Often they are, since ads are priced by auction and a smaller market usually has fewer businesses bidding for a customer, but your trade matters more than your town. A Fort Pierce water damage company bidding on emergency searches can pay close to what a Boca Raton one pays. A local lawn service or pressure washer will usually pay less here than further south. We don't guess at it. Before we set a budget, we pull Google's own bid ranges for your services in your area and look at what Meta charges to reach your audience, then show you those numbers on the call. A cheaper click only helps if the lead gets answered, though. A low price per click across St. Lucie County is wasted when the form fills sit in an inbox until Monday morning.
Look past the star rating to the review count, then ask to see real ads they made and the results they tracked, with the client's permission. In Fort Pierce a five-star listing can rest on one or two reviews, which tells you very little either way. Ask who will run your account day to day and whether that person will be on your calls. Ask whose name the ad account is in, because an agency that builds inside its own account can walk away with your history. Ask what they count as a result: if the answer is clicks, reach or leads with no mention of booked jobs, keep asking. Then ask what happens after the form is filled, who calls, how fast, and what happens when the lead doesn't pick up. Launching a campaign is the easy part, and the agencies worth hiring can explain the rest.
Send them to a landing page or an instant form made for that one offer, because a Facebook page gives a new visitor too many exits. A page built for the ad repeats what the ad promised, shows real jobs, answers the questions people ask before they call, and puts the phone number and the form within reach of a thumb. Your Facebook page can show older posts and other offers, and the visitor drifts. Instant forms are quicker to fill and bring more leads, but those leads are colder, so the reply has to be even faster. A landing page asks a little more and brings people who meant it. For a big-ticket Fort Pierce job like a roof or a remodel, we usually start with the landing page; for a quick, lower-priced service, the instant form. Either way, a text goes out within a minute.
Yes, and if you already drive to both, each town should get its own ad set so you can see where the booked jobs come from. Fort Pierce is wedged between Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach, and each of those markets responds a little differently. One big radius hides that, and Meta will drift toward whichever area is cheapest to reach, which isn't always where your best customers live. Separate ad sets keep the money where you choose to put it. Google Ads works the same way, with locations set by city or zip code and a separate budget where jobs are worth more to you. The ad itself should name the place. A homeowner in Lakewood Park or on Hutchinson Island stops for an ad that names their area, because it says you really come out there.
No jargon, no fine print. Anything not covered here, we go through on your free strategy session, about your own business.
No. Every ad we run is set up in Ads Manager with a goal, an audience and tracking behind it. If a post deserves more reach, we rebuild it as a proper ad.
We do, from footage of you, your crew and your work. One shoot gives us several versions of each ad, so we can test them and swap out the tired ones.
For the shoot, yes, and we come to you from Stuart. The rest happens on calls and in one shared monthly report.
Yes. It's in your name from the first day, so the campaigns, audiences, pixel data and history stay with you when you go.
Access to your Facebook page and any ad accounts, a short list of the jobs you want more of, and a few hours for the shoot. We build the rest, landing page included.
Thirty minutes with the founders. We'll look at what's running today on your ads, your creative, and your social, and tell you straight what it needs. If we build it, it's custom to your business.
