Service Area

Based in Stuart.
Working the Whole Coast.

Lyfework is a full-service digital marketing agency in Stuart, FL. We work across Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Palm Beach counties, and nearly every client is a local service business. The two founders do the work: the call, the shoot, the build and the month-to-month running of it, with no handoffs in between.

Martin County

Martin County. Home Base.

Stuart is where we are, and Martin County is the market we know street by street. It's a small market by search volume, which means two things for a service business here: only a few dozen people a month type the big terms with the city name, and the businesses holding the map pack today are small shops with a complete profile and steady reviews, not national chains. That's winnable. The owners who show up first in Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach and Hobe Sound are the ones whose profile, site and listings all say the same thing, and who keep the reviews coming every month.

St. Lucie County

St. Lucie County. The Biggest Market on the Coast.

Port St. Lucie is the largest city on the Treasure Coast, and with Fort Pierce next door it is where most of the coast's searching happens: measured by people inside each city, Fort Pierce actually types more service searches a month than Port St. Lucie. It's also where the local pack is most crowded, with agencies from West Palm Beach and out of state listing a Port St. Lucie address to get in. A business that actually works here, with reviews that say so and a page for the city, beats a borrowed address. Fort Pierce is smaller and far less contested, which makes it the easier win for a shop that serves both.

Indian River County

Indian River County. Vero and Up the Coast.

Vero Beach runs on reputation. The searches are modest, the map pack is held by long-standing local names with anywhere from a few dozen to a couple hundred reviews, and customers check a business twice before they call. For a service business here the work is less about volume and more about proof: a profile that's current, photos of real jobs, reviews that name Vero Beach or Sebastian, and a site that loads fast on a phone. Sebastian and Fellsmere have almost no search volume of their own, so they're served from the Vero Beach page rather than pages of their own.

No Indian River County client case yet. The Vero Beach pages below are the build.

Okeechobee County

Okeechobee County. Where the Work Already Runs.

Okeechobee is inland, an hour from the coast, and almost nobody there types a city name into Google when they look for a service. They search the service, Google uses their location, and the map pack decides. That makes the Google Business Profile the whole game: the right category, a steady run of reviews, hours that are accurate, and photos of the actual place. Two of the businesses we run systems for are here, a med spa and a men's ministry event, and both get their customers the same way, from the map and from people who already heard the name.

Palm Beach County

Palm Beach County. Jupiter to Boca.

The Palm Beaches are a different scale. West Palm Beach is the single most searched city we serve, and the Palm Beach cities together out-search the whole Treasure Coast by more than two to one, and the competition matches it: bigger agencies, directories and national franchises fill the first page. We win here the same way we win in Stuart, one business at a time, with a complete profile, a site built around how its customers buy, and systems that answer and follow up faster than the shop down the street. Most of the businesses we run today are here, from Jupiter down to Lake Worth Beach.

Answers

Questions People Ask About Where We Work.

Do you only work with businesses on the Treasure Coast?

No. We're based in Stuart and most of our clients are between Vero Beach and Boca Raton, but the work doesn't depend on distance. The website, the search work, the ads and the follow-up systems are built and run the same way for a shop in Okeechobee as for one down the street. What changes with distance is the shoot. For content and the brand photos we come to you, and that's easiest inside the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches. Farther than that, we plan a shoot day around a visit or work from footage you capture with our shot list. Most of what we build runs the same from anywhere, and the parts that need us in the room get planned around a visit. If you're outside Florida and want the system, ask, and we'll tell you on the call whether it fits.

Do you come to us, or is everything remote?

Both, and you'll know which before anything starts. The strategy call is a video call. The build, the search work, the ads and the systems are done from our end, and you review them on your phone or a screen share. The parts that need us in the room are the shoot and the walk-through: filming you and your crew, photographing the shop or the trucks, and sitting with you once to map how a customer moves from first call to paid job. Inside Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Palm Beach counties we drive to you for those. The founders do the work themselves, so the people on the call are the people who show up with the camera and the people who build the pages. There's no account manager in between, which is also why the work moves fast once the shoot is done.

Which cities do you build city pages for?

Twelve, each with six pages of its own: Stuart, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton. The six pages in each city cover digital marketing as a whole, web design, local SEO, ads, social media and content, and the AI systems, and every one is written from that city's own numbers: who holds its map pack, what people there actually search, and the client we run nearest to it. Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Sebastian and Okeechobee are covered here and in the service area on our profile, because their search volume is too small to earn a page that Google would treat as useful. When a town's demand grows, or a client gives us a real story to tell there, it gets its pages too.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes, on video, and we do the homework before it. Ahead of the call we pull your market's real numbers: who holds the map pack for your service in your town, how many reviews they have, what people in your zip code actually search, and where you sit today. On the call we walk through those numbers with you, look at your profile, your site and what happens after someone calls or fills out a form, and show you where customers are leaking out. Then we map what we'd build and in what order, and tell you plainly what it costs, since pricing is set on the call from what the plan needs. There's no deck and no pressure. You leave with the market read either way, and if we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll say so.

How do I know you understand my local market?

Because we're in it, and because we measure it before we touch anything. We live and work in Stuart, and the first thing we do for any client is pull the real numbers for their town: who holds the map pack, how many reviews they have, what people in that zip code actually search, and where the client sits today. That becomes the plan, so nothing is built on a guess about what a Vero Beach customer wants. The second answer is the work itself. The client cards on this page are businesses from Okeechobee to Lake Worth Beach, and the founders built every one of them. On the strategy call we'll show you your own market's numbers, which is a faster way to find out whether we understand it than anything we could write here.
