Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1.Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Similar rights exist under other U.S. state privacy laws. This notice explains how we handle that right.

We extend the controls on this page to all visitors, not only California residents — it’s simpler and fairer that way.

2.Do We “Sell” or “Share” Your Information?

No. Lyfework LLC does not sell your personal information for money, and does not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.

We also do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site. See our Cookie Policy for exactly what we store (today, that’s a single setting to remember your cookie choice).

3.How to Exercise Your Opt-Out

Even though we don’t sell or share, you can record and confirm your opt-out at any time using any of these methods:

• Cookie Preferences. Open your preferences and turn off any optional categories. Open Cookie Preferences
• Global Privacy Control. Use a browser or extension that sends a GPC signal — we detect and honor it automatically (see Section 4).
• Send a request. Email team@lyfework.io or use our Data Request form and choose “Opt out of sale/sharing.”

Opting out is free, and you don’t need an account. We won’t ask you to create one to honor it.

4.Global Privacy Control

We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request. If your browser sends it, we treat your visit as opted out of any sale or sharing of personal information and keep all optional storage off — no extra steps needed on your part.

5.What We Collect & Why

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business — for example, contact details you provide when you email us or book a call. We use it to deliver our services and communicate with you, not to build advertising profiles. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.

6.Your Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
• Access a copy of that information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.

7.Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out or other request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly before acting.

8.Non-Discrimination

We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. You’ll receive the same service and the same pricing whether or not you opt out or make a privacy request.

9.Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice as our practices or the law change. Updates take effect when posted, and we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above.
